On March 28th, 2008, Avensys Solutions, a division of Avensys Inc., completed the purchase of the operations of Willer Engineering Limited which will
now operate under the Avensys Solutions banner, pooling resources and complementary product lines.
The acquisition expands Avensys Solutions’ service offerings and product portfolio, creating a stronger and more diversified player in the Canadian marketplace.
The merged entity now has offices in Vancouver, Calgary, Sarnia, Toronto, Montreal and Dartmouth.
We represent world class manufacturers of instrumentation and have a qualified Technical Sales support and Systems Integration team of engineers and certified technologists.
We provide nationwide service to meet our customer's requirements for installation assistance, commissioning, startup and maintenance.
We believe that the combination of Willer's know-how in the industrial process industry and the strength of Avensys' environmental monitoring solutions will
result in a stronger organization, one which can "wrap up" instrumentation technologies into a complete, integrated solution addressing both process optimization and environmental compliance.
